Return Process

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns center using a traceable carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technical team will inspect the hardware for functionality, and your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
